The security at this location is not trained properly. I have An autistic child and a child with Down syndrome and everytime i bring them to this location it takes me long to check in because the Hispanic security guard always has an issue with my children being loud or running from me when im trying to check in as quick as possible, he runs after my autistic son who thinks this security man is chasing him, it’s making it worse instead of being helpful. I should not have to feel like my children have to wear signs that they have disabilities every time i come to a doctors appointment.

It was a great experience. Nice bright clean open Office. Process is slow but they treat you with compassion and inform you along the way of any delays. Dr. was on point. He listened, He responded in a way that you knew He heard you and addressed all of your health concerns. It was a clean, calm environment. Professional yet Human giving an ambience of we care about you and for you. Doctor Moffet: Very thorough, Attentive to Patient, Compassionate, Excellent listener, Caring, Effective and Efficient AAA+ 💜 I left my appointment: Satisfied, In Good Spirit, With a little more Hope simple because VNA Cared. Dr. Hamedi was very professional and courteous. Great bedside manner and friendly staff. The facilities were very clean and well-organized, creating a welcoming environment that reflected the professionalism of the entire team. It was very easy to make an appointment and be seen promptly. I will definitely be coming back to this office.

After my prenatal care I am done with this place. Their waiting times are ridiculous. What is even the point of having an appointment if they make you wait almost 2 hours past your time. I waited almost 2 hours past my appointment time today to be seen. That’s ridiculous! Clearly they need to hire more doctors because they had 1 ob today. Which is probably why wait times were so long. And not to mention that Dr response times are terrible too.
